I understand that LUV + CO does not guarantee financial success and I certify that nobody has assured me that my LUV + CO independent business will be profitable. * The Consultant Agreement does not go into effect unless and until it is accepted by LUV + CO. If accepted, I will receive a confirmation email from LUV + CO. I understand that the term of the Agreement is one year from its acceptance by LUV + CO unless previously terminated or cancelled as provided in the Policies & Procedures. Cancellation shall be effective upon receipt of such Notice by LUV + CO. In the event your Application is accepted by LUV + CO, you will have the right to terminate the Agreement at any time, with or without reason. Such termination may be submitted at www.luvandcompany.com/pages/cancel or via the Consultant Community Office. You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction (5 business days for Alaska residents and 15 business days for North Dakota residents age 65 or over).
