I understand that LUV + CO does not guarantee financial success and I certify that nobody has assured me that my LUV + CO independent business will be profitable.  * The Consultant Agreement does not go into effect unless and until it is accepted by LUV + CO. If accepted, I will receive a confirmation email from LUV + CO. I understand that the term of the Agreement is one year from its acceptance by LUV + CO unless previously terminated or cancelled as provided in the Policies & Procedures. I understand that I may cancel this Agreement and the Monthly Fee and Annual Renewal Fee authorizations at any time by selecting the Consultant Agreement cancel option at www.luvandcompany.com/pages/cancel or via my Consultant Community Office. Cancellation shall be effective upon receipt of such Notice by LUV + CO.  By clicking on the “Submit” button below, you authorize LUV + CO to charge your provided payment method for your Enrollment Fee, the Monthly Consultant Fee, the annual renewal fees and any other purchases selected above. In the event your Application is accepted by LUV + CO, you will have the right to terminate the Agreement at any time, with or without reason. Such termination may be submitted at www.luvandcompany.com/pages/cancel or via the Consultant Community Office.  You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction (5 business days for Alaska residents and 15 business days for North Dakota residents age 65 or over).
