What is required to enroll as a LUV + CO Consultant?
The enrollment requirements include paying the enrollment fee to start your business, submitting the enrollment form and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Enrolling as an Independent Beauty Consultant includes submitting your EIN or SSN and paying the monthly technology fee for your website, back office, and other digital marketing and training assets.
How much is my commission and how do starter kits work?
Independent Beauty Consultants earn a base 30% minimum commission on IRL and virtual retail sales. You may earn as high as 50% of retail sales depending on your sales volume and without building a team. Starter Kits (Cosmetic Collections) are NOT required to join. Purchasing a collection is OPTIONAL however, they are offered to spark consultant sales growth. Consultants may use or wear the products to enhance their testimonials and knowledge or share with others as use as testers for clients. No bulk/wholesale inventory is required to purchase to fulfill customer orders. The corporate office ships your orders to your customers.
When will I receive my e-store website?
Enrolled consultants will receive their replicated website and personalized back office immediately upon enrollment approval. Once you log in, you will be able to personalize your e-store, share links, review your sales history and commission payments.

By enrolling, you consent to the use of an Electronic Record of the Consultant Agreement as set forth in the ESIGN Consent.

Policies & Procedures and the LUV + CO Compensation Plan, all of which will be available in
your Consultant Community Office (on Boards or Drive) and collectively form the “Agreement”.
